Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Please give them the gift of choice with a Borchelli Skincare℠ | By Lourdes Borchelli digital e-Gift card. Digital e-gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on redeeming the Card.

1. e-Gift Card Purchase

You can purchase a Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards online at Borchelliskincare.com. Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards are available in denominations, of $100, $300, and $500, except for promotional e-Gift Cards, which have no expiration date.

You cannot use an e-Gift Cards to purchase other e-Gift Cards, and Ultimate Rewards points cannot be redeemed for e-Gift  Cards.

Purchasers of Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address for the recipient during the purchase and checkout process on Borchelli skincare.com. Refunds will not be made for e-Gift Cards purchases sent to an incorrect, invalid, or undeliverable email address provided by the purchaser. Borchelli Skincare® is not responsible if the e-Gift Cards are lost or redeemed by the wrong recipient.

2. e-Gift Cards Redemption

Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise and services at  Borchelli Skincare® at wwwborchelliskincare.com. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

To redeem a Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards on Borchelli Skincare.com, enter your e-Gift Cards number and PIN at the Payment step during checkout. The PIN can be found on your email confirmation notice.

To redeem a Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards, you must present the original e-Gift Cards email printed with the e-Gift Cards number and PIN during the checkout process. To redeem a Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards on Borchelli Skincare.com, enter the e-Gift Cards number and PIN at the Payment step during the Checkout process. Only one e-Gift Cards can be redeemed per online order.

The value of your order amount plus any sales tax, shipping & handling fees, and other charges will be automatically deducted from the available balance on the Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards. If the order amount exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card or e-Gift Cards, the recipient will need to pay for the order balance via other acceptable means of tender.

3. e-Gift Card Balance

To check the balance on your Borchelli Skincare® eGift Cards, please use the form on borchelliskincare.com/e-gift cards.

4. This function can merge up to two gifts cards at a time that were purchased at a Borchelli Skincare®

5. Returns

After receiving it, you may not return or cancel your Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards.

6. Lost or Stolen e-Gift Cards

Borchelli Skincare® e-Gift Cards should be treated like cash and safeguarded accordingly. If lost, stolen, or damaged, the Card will not be replaced without proof of purchase.

Are there any fees associated with the purchase of an e-Gift Cards? No.

Do I have to activate my e-Gift Cards?

No. Once you purchase your Card at Borchelli Skincare®, your Card should be active. If you have any problems with your e-Gift Card, you can check your balance at borchelliskincare.com or contact Customer Service Support.

What is the difference between a Gift Card and an e-Gift Card?

e-Gift Cards are virtual gift cards purchased online at borchelliskincare.com and emailed to recipients. They operate like a plastic card and can be redeemed only at Borchelli Skincare® online at borchelliskincare.com. For more information about e-Gift Cards, go to Borchelli Skincare.com

Which credit cards do you accept?

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

When does the e-Gift expire? Never. There is no expiration date on your eGift Card.

How do you prevent the email from getting lost as spam?

We adhere to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the e-Gift Cards via email. Still, there is a chance that the email will be treated as spam or the recipient didn't notice it in their email inbox. You will receive an email confirming delivery of the e-Gift Card alert email and a letter notifying you that the e-Gift Card has been viewed. If the e-Gift Card goes un-viewed for 21 days after delivery, you will receive the news with options for resolving the issue.

How do I know the recipient received the eGift Card I sent them?

You will receive an email confirming delivery and a letter notifying you that the e-Gift Card has been viewed. If the e-Gift Card goes un-viewed for 21 days after delivery, you will receive the news with options for resolving the issue. You may also contact support with the order number from the email you received confirming your purchase, and we can tell you if the recipient has viewed their e-Gift Card.

Your e-Gift Card will be emailed directly to the email address entered at checkout within 1 hour or less of your order confirmation.
